Winters Pharmacist Services, LLC, offers an experienced, independent consultant pharmacist to provide on-site medication reviews, staff training and consulting services to skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), community-based residential facilities (CBRFs), adult family homes (AFHs), and residential care apartment complexes (RCACs) as required by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) or as needed to assure a safe and well-run facility.
