Cathy J. Winters is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin School of Pharmacy and has been a Registered Pharmacist (R.Ph.) since 1993.  She is also one of approximately 50 Board Certified Geriatric Pharmcists (B.C.G.Ps.) in Wisconsin and holds a certificate in Medications Therapy Management (MTM).

Ms. Winters served two terms on the Wisconsin Pharmacy Examining Board from 2013 to 2021.  While serving on the pharmacy examining board, She is one of the state’s representatives to the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NAPB).  Prior to that, she served on the Wisconsin HIRSP (Health Insurance Risk-Sharing Plan) Board and the Aging & Disabilities Recource Center of Central Wisconsin (ADRC-CW) Advisory Council.
